Based on this, the present study has determined the relationship between succession and intellectual capital with entrepreneurship in the hospitals of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences.  Materials & Methods: The present study was descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose and cross-sectional in terms of time. The study population was the staff, officials and managers of Qazvin teaching and medical hospitals.  The total number of staff working in educational and medical centers was 2256 people, which according to Morgan's table, the required number of samples was 331, which with the calculation of 10% of the sample loss, 365 questionnaires were distributed in proportion to the number of staff in each hospital. For data collection, three questionnaires of Mehrtak succession, intellectual capital (Bontis 1998) and entrepreneurial behavior (Zamptakis and Mostakis 2007) were used which had validity and reliability.  Results: The results of data analysis showed that all three variables were relatively moderate in the studied hospitals and the mean score of all three variables was moderate, which indicates the weakness of teaching hospitals in the use of Succession methods. The results revealed that intellectual capital situation in the hospital was in moderate condition. Furthrmore, surrogacy is effective only on intellectual capital and has no effect on the entrepreneurship of hospital staff, either directly or through intellectual capital. According to the first hypothesis t (9.247) and the amount (p<0.05) showed that indicates the status of succession with intellectual capital in the appropriate medium and also a significant relationship. But the results of t (0.359) and the amount second hypothesis, succession entrepreneurship and t (-1.107) and the amount third hypothesis intellectual capital and entrepreneurial situation is not Optimal condition and no significant relationship together. According to the t-statistic of the first hypothesis, 9.247 and also the value obtained (p <0.05), shows that the situation of Peru's successor with intellectual capital is at a relatively desirable and moderate level and have a significant relationship with each other.  Conclusion: The dimensions of succession including culturalization, meritocracy, Job promotion, the role of senior managers have a positive and significant effect on intellectual capital. Finally, the findings of this study showed that succession is effective only on intellectual capital and entrepreneurial staff the hospitals, either directly or through intellectual capital has no effect.
