Por uma "aliança afetiva" entre a Arqueologia e os saberes tradicionais: contribuições para o entendimento da sociedade moderna no Brasil.

Abstract

Este artigo apresenta o texto que fundamentou a minha aula apresentada em um concurso público para seleção de docente de Arqueologia em uma universidade federal. O conteúdo é uma reflexão fundamentada no campo da Arqueologia do Colonialismo em relação aos saberes tradicionais, ordenado para responder ao tema escolhido pela organização do certame, estando dividido em duas partes. A primeira é a fundamentação teórica; a segunda, é o exame de um caso de pesquisa regional.This text shows my seminar in the public “concurso” for a professor position in Archaeology, in February 2022 at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. The content is a reflection based on the field of Archeology of Colonialism in relation to different communities of “traditional” knowledge, organized to answer the theme “Contributions of Archeology for the understanding of the modern society in Brazil”, defined by the organization of the contest.
