Abstract

(A) HeLa cells were incubated for 30 min with parasites and processed for immunofluorescence microscopy, using anti-clathrin antibody and mAb 10D8. The images show clathrin (red), parasite mucins (green) and nucleus (blue). Scale bar = 30 μm. Note the colocalization of MT with clathrin.
