This paper aims to examine the implementation of communication in improving the quality of
education. Communicating will determine the ability to succeed or not the quality of education and
quality education institutions. Therefore, the progress of an institution or institution depends on
the ability to carry out communication between the leader and its members as well as the interaction
and communication that occurs in it. For this reason, this article discusses the role of communication
