Abstract
FinanzasEl trabajo investigativo realizado en la ruta del vivero en el periodo 2014 en la Vía
Milagro – Naranjito sobre necesidades de capacitación empresarial ha permitido establecer
fortalezas y debilidades sobre el manejo actual de empresas familiares agrícolas. El objetivo
de este trabajo es analizar el conocimiento del emprendimiento comunitario, con miras a
mantener una oferta que logre una constante motivación en el comprador por producto a la
vez que se brinde un servicio de calidad.
La investigación busca identificar las falencias principales que existen en este sector y
analizar las causas por las cuales no le permite crecer económicamente.
Al efectuar el análisis de los resultados obtenidos con la aplicación de la matriz CDIU
relacionamos las variables cualitativas que establecen la necesidad de capacitación en las
áreas técnicas y administrativas en las empresas agrícolas comunitarias, que permite cambios
sustentables y sostenibles del área.
Esto significa que para administrar su propio vivero con conciencia comunitaria
rescatando sistemas ancestrales para el mantenimiento de la tierra y a la vez mejorar su
posición socioeconómica implica: capacitación, asesoría, asistencia técnica, apoyo
económico, entre otros, a fin de obtener un crecimiento, mejorando cada vez su desempeño
para lograr satisfacción mutua.The research conducted in the path of the nursery in the period 2014 Miracle Way -
