wzrostu, wyjątek stanowi szczep oporny Penicillium expansum. Dawka 0,01 % ADPA powoduje
zmiany w ilości ergosterolu odmienne u każdego z badanych gatunków. Szczepy uodpornione
Dodatek do hodowli szczepów
uodpornionych ADPA - 0,05% dla Aspergillus i 0,03% dla Penicillium powoduje obniżenie
zawartości badanego sterolu.N,N-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine (ADPA) action on moulds cell and ergosterol presented in
it depend among other things on growth phase and type of strain. Higher content of sterol is
observed at the beginning stationary phase than in the centre vegetative phase with the exception
of resistant strain Penicillium expansum. Dose 0,01 % ADPA causes different in every tested kind
changes in amount of ergosterol. Resistant strains Aspergillus are characterized by higher content
of ergosterol than sensitive strains. This property is not confirmed for Penicillium expansum.
Adding ADPA to the resistant moulds culture respectively - 0,05% for Aspergillus and 0,03% for
Penicillium causes decrease amount of testing sterol
