The land issue in Indonesia has received widespread attention and
depth among the community.Pasal 19 UUPA ordered the implementation
Land Registration in order to guarantee Legal Certainty. Land registration
shall be further regulated by Government Regulation no. 24 years old
1997 on Land Registry throughout Indonesia. PRONA is one
the form of asset legalization activities and is essentially an administrative process
Land covering: Adjudication, Land Registration up to issuance
Certificates or land title certificates and held in bulk.
In this case, the National Land Agency of Pasaman Regency implemented
PRONA activities in 2017 with budget derived from DIPA budget
BPN RI in 2017 with the number of 1100 areas to be completed from 3
Districts. One of the activities undertaken during the implementation of PRONA
is the measurement and mapping of the soil.
Based on the Physical Realization Data of the Land Sector obtained, from
targets of land certificates specified in the List of Implementation Entries
Budget (DIPA) of Fiscal Year 2017, it can be explained that the processed
through affirmation or recognition of rights as many as 1100 fields, in the village of lansat kadap
alone there are 970 Fields.
To increase the enthusiasm of the People is expected the Land Office
Pasaman Regency can increase socialization of Registration
