La cosmovisión y el manejo de conflictos en el Resguardo Indígena La Asunción: prevenir y superar tensiones entre los estudiantes de la IE La Libertad, del municipio de El Retorno Guaviare

Abstract

Esta investigación busca prevenir y mejorar la problemática del conflicto entre los educandos de la institución educativa La Libertad, ubicada en la inspección La Libertad del municipio de El Retorno, Guaviare, Colombia. Como solución se presenta la cosmovisión en relación al manejo del conflicto que tienen los habitantes del Resguardo Indígena La Asunción; para ello se contó con los lineamientos de la investigación cualitativa de carácter etnográfico. En el marco teórico de esta investigación se realiza un acercamiento al concepto de conflicto, incluyendo el establecimiento de la concepción que tienen las comunidades indígenas. En el segundo esfuerzo se hace un recorrido por algunos países de Europa, Estados Unidos de América, Latinoamérica y Colombia, buscando en ellos las políticas públicas en prevención y manejo del conflicto escolar. Esta indagación analiza el concepto de bullying debido a que es este tipo de conflicto estudiantil el tipificado en las legislaciones de los países. Por último, se ofrecen los resultados de la investigación y su discusión, llegando a concluir que la comunidad indígena de la Asunción puede aportar desde sus vivencias y cosmovisión alternativas reales, adecuadas y contextualizadas de solución a conflictos estudiantiles en contextos no indígenas. Palabras claves: conflicto, bullying, legislación, cosmovisión indígena, manuales de convivencia.The following work seeks to prevent and improve the problem of the conflict present among the students of the Educational Institution La Libertad, located in the La Libertad inspection of the municipality of El Retorno, Guaviare, Colombia. As possible solution for this are presented the different experiences and the worldview related to the management of the conflict that the inhabitants of the La Asunción Indigenous Reservation of the municipality of El Retorno, Guaviare have, for this it was taken into account the guidelines of qualitative ethnographic research. The theoretical framework of this investigation in the first instance makes an approach to the concept of the conflict, including in this the establishment of the conception that indigenous communities have about it. In the second effort there is a tour of some countries in Europe, the United States of America, Latin America and Colombia; looking for in them public policies on prevention and management of school conflict, this work was done with the concept of bullying because this is the type of student conflict that is defined in the laws in all the countries around the world. Finally, the results of the research and the discussion of them are given, concluding that the indigenous community of the Asunción can contribute from their experiences and worldview, alternative solutions to student conflicts found in other non-indigenous contexts.
