Abstract

This document is Annex A of 'Building a safe, confident future - The final report of the Social Work Task Force' which was published in November 2009. This Annex is provided to support organisations to undertake a self assessment against the 5 key areas, identify current strengths, identify areas for improvement, and make plans for improvement. The 5 key areas are: effective workload management; pro active workflow management; having the right tools to do the job; a healthy work place; and effective service delivery.
