Abstract
Laboratorul „Chirurgie Reconstructivă a Tractului Digestiv”, USMF „Nicolae Testemiţanu”During 1995-2012 period 34 patients with perianal Crohn Disease (CD) were treated. 18 (52,9%) from 34 patients underwent surgical treatment. Indications for surgery: abcesses 5 (27,7%), fistulas -9 (50%), strictures 4 (22,3%) –patients. Types of surgical interventions: - rectal resection+anasthomosis – 3 (7,9%), draining of the abscess – 3 (7,9%), draining of fistula by Seton – 5 (13,2%), incision and plasty of stricture – 3 (7.9%), fistuloplasty with vaginal flap – 2 (5,3%), ileostomy – 2 (5,3%) cases. Perianal CD: recurrence of illness – 6 (33,3%), repeated intervention – 4 (22,2%), postoperative complications – 5 (27,7%), postoperative lethality – 1 (5,6%) cases. În perioada 1995-2012, au fost trataţi 34 de pacienţi cu Bola Crohn (BC) perianală. 18 (52,9%) din 34 de pacienţi au suportat tratament chirurgical. Drept indicaţii pentru intervenţii au servit: abcese - 5 (27,7%), fistule -9 (50%), stricturi - 4 (22,3%) cazuri. Au fost efectuate următoarele intervenţii chirurgicale: - rezecţie rectala + anastomoză - 3 (7,9%), drenarea abcesului - 3 (7,9%), drenarea fistulei prin procedeul Seton - 5 (13,2%), incizia şi plastia stricturii - 3 (7,9% ), fistuloplastie cu lambou vaginal - 2 (5,3%), ileostomie - 2 (5,3%) cazuri. BC perianală : recidive - 6 (33,3%), intervenţii repetate - 4 (22,2%), complicaţii postoperatorii - 5 (27,7%), letalitate postoperatorie - 1 (5,6%) cazuri
