222  CONFIGURAREA ASPECTELOR TEORETICO-BIOETICE ÎN AFECȚIUNILE DE GUTĂ Andrei Munteanu (Conducător științific: Vitalie Ojovanu, dr. hab. filos., conf. univ., Catedra de filosofie și bioetică)  Introducere. Guta este o boală veche descoperită încă de egipteni, care a dispărut din vizorul constant al specialiștilor în sec. XX, și a apărut presant în sec. XXI. Din cauza creșterii incidenței și multitu-dinii factorilor declanșatori această problemă mai necesită și o abordare socio-bioetică. Scopul lucrării. Relevarea aspectelor și componentelor teoretico-bioetice în terapia afecțiunilor de gută. Material și metode. Au fost utilizate publicații ştiinţifice autohtone și internaționale de referinţă, investigații sociologice şi date statistice. S-au aplicat metodele: bioetică, sociologică, structuralistă. Rezultate. Anterior, guta era considerată boala oamenilor bogați, deoarece în alimentația acestora predomina carnea și vinul, dar în prezent maladia se manifestă destul de frecvent la persoane care nu se încadrează în câmpul etiologic tipic al bolii. Concomitent s-a constatat necesitatea optimizării actului medical prin implementarea activă a principiilor bioetice. Concluzii. (1) O importanță deosebită trebuie atribuită profilaxiei bolii gutoase printr-un set de acțiuni eficiente moderne. (2) Tactica actului medical necesită implicarea reperelor bioetice pentru a obține o eficiență terapeutică satisfăcătoare. Cuvinte cheie: bioetică, act medical, gută.   THE CONFIGURATION OF THEORETICAL-BIOETICAL  ASPECTS IN GUT DISEASES Andrei Munteanu (Scientific adviser: Vitalie Ojovanu, PhD, assoc. prof., Chair of philosophy and bioethics)  Introduction. Gut disease is an old disease discovered by the Egyptians, which has disappeared from the constant view of the specialists in the XX century, and reappeared in the XXI century. Due to the increase in incidence and the multitude of triggers, this issue also requires a socio-bioethical approach. Objectiv of the study. Revealing the theoretical and bioethical aspects and components in the treatment of gut disease.  Material and methods. There have been used autochthonous and international scientific publications for reference, sociological investigations and statistical data. Methods that have been applied: bioethical, sociological, structuralist. Results. Previously, gut disease was considered to be the disease of rich people, as food and wine predominated in their diet, but presently the disease is quite common in people who do not fall into the typical aetiological field of the disease. At the same time, the necessity of optimising the medical care was determined by the active implementation of the bioethical principles. Conclusion. (1). Particular importance should be attributed to the prophylaxis of gut disease through a set of modern effective actions. (2). The tactic of the medical care requires the involvement of bioethics to achieve satisfactory therapeutic efficacy. Key words: bioethics, medical care, gut disease.
