Catedra Boli infecţioase, tropicale şi Parazitologie medicală,The bibliographical data about the spreading and the importance of viral hepatitis of mixed etiology are presented. We studied and realized the incidence of viral hepatitis of mixed etiology among patients with acute and chronic viral hepatitis hospitalised in the Hospital of infectious diseases Toma Ciorbă from Chisinau during the years 1990-2006. In accordance with statistic data the viral hepatitis of mixed etiology have a high spreading among acute patients and those with chronical forms of viral hepatitis. The clinical and laboratory features are studied in some clinical forms.
Sunt prezentate datele bibliografice despre răspândirea şi importanţa hepatitelor virale de etiologie mixtă. A fost studiată incidenţa hepatitelor virale de etiologie mixtă printre pacienţii cu hepatite virale acute şi cronice internaţi în Spitalul clinic de boli infecţioase din oraşul Chişinău în perioada anilor 1990-2006. Conform datelor statistice se înregistrează o creştere a incidenţei hepatitelor virale de etiologie mixtă atât printre bolnavii cu hepatite acute cât şi printre cei cu forme cronice ale maladiei. Sunt prezentate datele despre particularităţile clinice şi de laborator în unele forme clinice
