Some effects of the izoturone, diazepam and propranolol association interaction with hyperbaric oxygen on the lipidic metabolism level

Catedra Farmacologie şi farmacie clinică, USMF „Nicolae Testemiţanu”In the experiments on rats the effects of the izoturone, diazepam and propranolol association interaction with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the lipid metabolism level was studied. HBO (6 ata 50 min) caused the increase of plasmatic concentration of total lipids, total phospholipids, esterified cholesterol, total lipoproteins, α+γ-lipoproteins, β-lipoproteins and cholesterol of total lipoproteins and of their fractions. Association of the izoturone (20 mg/kg), diazepam (5 mg/kg) and propranolol (1,5 mg/kg) in normobaric conditions provoked the increase of the concentration of total lipids, triglycerides, esterified cholesterol, β-lipoproteins, cholesterol of β-lipoproteins and the decrease of the content of total lipoproteins, α+γ-lipoproteins and cholesterol of α+γ-lipoproteins. A complex metabolic interaction at the level of lipidic and lipoproteinic metabolism on the simultaneous prescription of izoturone, diazepam and propranolol combination and HBO was revealed. In majority of cases the association of izoturone, diazepam and propranolol and HBO reciprocally corrected the modifications of parameters of lipidic metabolism, in some-pharmacological agents act similarly manifesting a tendency of effects accumulation. În experimente pe şobolani au fost studiate efectele interacţiunii asocierii izoturonului, diazepamului şi propranololului cu oxigenul hiperbaric (OHB) la nivelul metabolismului lipidic. OHB (6 ata/ 50 min) a cauzat majorarea concentraţiei plasmatice de lipide totale, fosfolipide totale, colesterol esterificat, lipoproteine totale, α+γ-lipoproteine, β-lipoproteine şi de colesterol al lipoproteinelor totale şi al fracţiilor lor. Asocierea izoturonului (20 mg/kg), diazepamului (5 mg/kg) şi propranololului (1,5 mg/kg) în condiţii normobarice a crescut concentraţia de lipide totale, trigliceride, colesterol esterificat, β-lipoproteine, colesterol al β-lipoproteinelor şi a diminuat conţinutul de lipoproteine totale, α+γ-lipoproteine, colesterol al α+γ-lipoproteinelor. La administrarea concomitentă a asocierii izoturonului, diazepamului şi a propranololului cu OHB s-a observat o interacţiune complexă la nivelul metabolismului lipidic şi lipoproteic. În majoritatea cazurilor combinaţia izoturonului, diazepamului şi a propranololului şi a OHB au corectat reciproc modificările indicilor metabolismului lipidic, în altele – agenţii farmacologici au acţionat similar, manifestând o tendinţă de acumulare a efectelor
