This article aims to point out reflections on Education 5.0, as well as initial perspectives for its implementation. Education 5.0 is an educational approach, which features integral training, the active student and the human essence. A qualitative research was carried out, where the data on what identified through a bibliographic survey. The results show that we are still far from an effective Education 5.0, as Education 1.0 is still very present in classrooms, since, the teacher who owns the knowledge makes the decisions regarding the educational process, and the student is responsible for passively receiving the teachings. As a perspective for its implementation, the need for teacher training is highlighted, so that there is articulation of the curriculum, teaching methodologies and digital technologies, with emphasis on the inverted classroom. Finally, the importance of Education 5.0 is highlighted, in the sense of contributing to a more inclusive, ethical, productive society, where everyone has their rights guaranteed and their humanity respected.O presente artigo tem por objetivo apontar reflexões sobre a Educação 5.0, bem como perspectivas iniciais para sua implementação. A Educação 5.0 é uma abordagem educacional, que tem como características a formação integral, o aluno ativo e a essência humana. Foi realizada uma pesquisa qualitativa, em que, os dados foram identificados por meio de um levantamento bibliográfico. Os resultados apontam que ainda estamos longe de uma efetiva Educação 5.0, pois, a Educação 1.0 ainda é muito presente nas salas de aulas, visto que, o professor dono do saber toma as decisões referente ao processo educacional, cabendo ao estudante, de modo passivo, receber os ensinamentos. Como perspectiva para sua implementação, salienta-se a necessidade da formação de professores, de modo que haja articulação do currículo, metodologias de ensino e tecnologias digitais, com ênfase a sala de aula invertida. Por fim, destaca-se a importância da Educação 5.0 no sentido de contribuir para uma sociedade mais inclusiva, ética, produtiva, onde todos tenham seus direitos garantidos e sua humanidade respeitada
