Impacto de la red de cuidado integral de salud para personas con discapacidad en el marco de pandemia covid-19

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the impact of the Comprehensive Care Network for People with Disabilities in the COVID-19 pandemic in three executing agencies nationwide. The study has a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design, descriptive and cross-sectional level. The results of the research determined the favorable impact of the Comprehensive Care Network, obtaining the highest percentages: 34% of those attended were adults and 33% were elderly, 48% of whom were severely disabled. 3.5% were considered as confirmed COVID-19 cases (44 People with disabilities-PCD) and 97% as No COVID-19 (1403 PCD). The most requested health care was affiliation to SIS 66% and certificate of disability to 64%. In social support, the non-contributory pension (371 PCD) obtained the greatest demand, of which 52% were from Lima and 40% requested food (297 PCD) from Ancash. It was determined that the Comprehensive Care Network for people with disabilities contributed to the well-being of this vulnerable population of DIRESA Tumbes, Ancash and DIRIS Lima Centro.La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo, determinar el impacto de la Red de Cuidado Integral para Personas con discapacidad, en la pandemia por COVID-19 en tres ejecutoras a nivel nacional. El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, diseño no experimental, nivel descriptivo y transversal. Los resultados de la investigación determinaron el impacto favorable de la Red de cuidados integrales, obteniéndose los mayores porcentajes: 34% de atendidos fueron adultos y 33% adultos mayores, siendo 48% con discapacidad severa. El 3.5% fueron considerados como casos confirmado COVID- 19(44 Personas con discapacidad-PCD) y el 97% como No COVID-19(1403 PCD). La atención de salud más solicitada fue afiliación al SIS 66% y para certificado de discapacidad al 64%. En apoyo social obtuvo mayor demanda la pensión no contributiva (371 PCD) de los cuales el 52 % fueron de Lima y solicitaron alimentos (297 PCD) procedente 40% de Ancash. Se determinó que la Red de Cuidado integral para personas con discapacidad contribuyó en el bienestar de esta población vulnerable de DIRESA Tumbes, Ancash y DIRIS Lima Centro
