Abstract
Cleric positions of strategic importance in conveying messages through religious
language development. Ulema should be able to encourage people to get out of
poverty through hard work , smart thinking, acting and being thoroughly sincere.
The responsibility of scholars in building a civilization, let alone generate work
ethic, certainly will not succeed if it is only by bringing forth a number of ideas
and concepts. But they should be role models in the community the reality of life,
as exemplified by the Prophet against his people. If scholars are able to instill
spiritual values in public life, the spirit of the work ( work ethic ) they are higher,
in turn masyarat better welfare
