Propuesta de un Programa de Vigilancia Epidemiológica para el control de desórdenes musculo-esqueléticos por riesgo biomecánico en el área de rehabilitación Clínica de Occidente

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo determinar los problemas de salud o desórdenes músculo-esqueléticos (DME) de los colaboradores, expuestos por su cargo y labor en los distintos puestos de trabajo del área de rehabilitación, estén manifestando patologías relacionadas a factores de riesgo laboral , de los DME y de acuerdo con lo definido por las Guías de Atención Integral de Salud Ocupacional basadas en la Evidencia, con la intención de difundir estrategias de intervención, control y seguimiento orientadas al bienestar integral de los trabajadores. De esta manera se realizará un diagnóstico de las condiciones de trabajo y salud, que arroje un monitoreo de las condiciones de trabajo y salud , orientado en realizar inspecciones ergonómicas de los puestos de trabajo y el desarrollo de una matriz de identificación de peligros y valoración de riesgos, a partir de la realización de exámenes con énfasis osteomuscular y encuestas osteomusculares de sintomatologia asociada y el reporte seguimiento al ausentismo laboral. De esta manera se determinará el nivel de riesgo individual y se diseñará el Programa de Vigilancia Epidemiológica para el control de desórdenes musculoesqueléticos por riesgo biomecánico aplicado el área de rehabilitación en la clínica de occidente – Bogotá.ABSTRACT The objective of this project is to determine the health problems or musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) of the collaborators, exposed by their position and work in the different workstations of the rehabilitation area, are manifesting pathologies related to occupational risk factors, of the MSD and according to what is defined by the Guides of Integral Care of Occupational Health based on Evidence, with the intention of disseminating intervention strategies, control and follow-up oriented to the integral wellbeing of the workers. In this way, a diagnosis of working and health conditions will be made, which will result in a monitoring of working and health conditions, oriented to perform ergonomic inspections of work stations and the development of a matrix for the identification of hazards and risk assessment, based on the performance of examinations with emphasis on musculoskeletal and musculoskeletal surveys of associated symptomatology and the follow-up report on absenteeism.
