Bu çalışmada, farklı büküm tiplerine sahip, % 100 pamuk hav çözgü ipliklerinden bukle tipi havlu dokuma kumaşlar üretilerek hav ipliği büküm tiplerinin, havlu kumaşların su emicilik (hidrofilite), yumuşaklık ve mukavemet özelliklerine etkileri incelenmiş ve aralarındaki ilişki tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma bulguları, zero twist hav ipliğinin havluda hidrofiliteyi kısmen, yumuşaklığı ise önemli ölçüde artırdığını, çözgü kopma mukavemetini düşürdüğünü ortaya koymuşturCurl towels made from cotton were produced in different yarn in this study.
