ABSTRAK Kinerja seseorang tentunya dapat dipengaruhi dari berbagai faktor antara lain faktor personality dan perilaku antara karyawan dan perilaku antar karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bahwa kinerja setiap karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh personality serta perilaku antar karyawan itu sendiri serta bagaimana cara agar kinerja setiap karyawan lebih baik dan efektif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 161 orang yang merupakan karyawan perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan simple random sampling dengan menyebar kuesioner melalui google form. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart PLS3 yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Metode penelitian jumlah responden (kelayakannya) menggunakan Teori Hair.Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Personality, Perilaku antar Karyawan, Kinerja, Kecerdasan Emosional ABSTRACTA person's performance can of course be influenced by various factors, including personality and behavior factors among employees and behavior among employees.
