Presence or absence of a factor called Vikara Vighata Bhava affects greatly the mutual association of Trayonidanadi Visheshas. The outcome of reaction of Nidanadi Visheshas with Vikara Vighata Bhava and Abhava will cause vivid manifestation of pathogenesis (Sampraptis).
