This community service activity program aims to improve the skills of teachers in making learning media during the pandemic at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara. The method used is descriptive method. The steps used are by providing socialization, lectures and assistance in the process of making learning media during the pandemic. The results of the response of the training participants gave a positive response. Participants gave suggestions in this activity to continue in self-development for teachers at SMAN Rantau Utara

Keyword: Media, Pandemic Time, Online    1. INTRODUCTION  The Covid-19 pandemic in early March 2020 made the government make various efforts and policies to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus. One of the government's efforts is through a policy of online or online learning activities that require both educators and students to be able to adapt for the sustainability of learning activities. One of the efforts made by educators is to carry out learning activities through learning media that support online learning, namely by using digital learning media or those that are integrated with the internet or online. Increasing the competence of educators in using IT is very much needed as an online learning solution or digital-based learning, because of this, it is felt necessary and necessary to do community service in an effort to increase the competence of educators in integrating IT in learning activities in the form of training in making appropriate and appropriate learning media. for online learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara. The problem faced by educators, especially those at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara in adapting to online learning activities, is how to design online learning activities that attract students' interest while providing understanding according to the competencies requested. The use of audio-visual multimedia that attracts students' interest is assessed when it is effective as an online learning media solution that can deliver teaching materials and materials for students. Multimedia, which is currently very developed and is already familiar to students, is expected to be able to support the process and results of online teaching and learning activities during the current Covid-19 pandemic which is expected to be no different than when face-to-face class learning takes place. Many educators at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara want to be able to master technology and use multimedia properly, one of which is as a means of online learning activities but is not supported by the ability to be able to operate computers and utilize existing applications for teaching and learning activities. Because of this, the service team has received a letter of willingness from SMAN 1 Rantau Utara regarding the desire and need for a Training on Making Online Learning Media during the Covid-19 Pandemic for Teachers at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara. Finding solutions to overcome these problems to increase interest in learning and student achievement in mathematics. Who can simplify the complexity of the subject matter with the help of the media because the media can represent what cannot be conveyed through words or sentences? Therefore, to help improve the quality of mathematics education and teaching in particular, it is necessary to take advantage of the development of computer technology. In the computer world, the term animation is known. Animation is one part of computer graphics that presents a beautiful appearance. The use of animation can be intended for simulation, attracting the attention of computer users to certain parts of the screen, displaying program output with attractive images compared to a series of numbers or letters. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier and more fun to understand and learn the material provided by the teacher.  2. METHODS  This activity will be carried out in the period March 2021 to September to provide training for teachers of SMAN 1 Rantau Utara to carry out learning activities teaching using active learning methods. First, the service implementer will provide training regarding the preparation of the Active Learning-based Learning Process Plan. Next too given training on Making Teaching Materials based on Information and Communication Technology, both using PowerPoint and preparing materials in the form of learning videos. For continuity from the training provided, who will give the partners computer equipment and projector. It is intended that who can continue the method of active learning in the classroom.  The implementation of this service will be carried out in two major stages, namely: 1. Implementation of the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and Training for Preparation of RPP The FGD was held for brainstorming to provide input to the Service Implementers regarding the main problems at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara. This activity was followed by training on the preparation of lesson plans attended by all teachers at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara. The goal is that teachers can develop RPP based on active learning. The Service Executor himself will carry out this activity. This activity will be held in July 2020. 2. Training on Making Information Technology-based Teaching Materials. This training will focus on subject teachers in their respective fields. The trainees were grouped into several groups, so they could focus directly on using the computer. This activity will be held in August or September 2020.  The form of community service activities at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara; 1. Presentation that will be held at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara by experts from the FKIP Educational Service Lecturer team for Physics Education, Mathematics Education and PBSI UISU 2. The activity procedure is in the form of submitting an application that will be used for multimedia training which is adjusted to the scope of the teaching material material that will be used by the teacher for teaching and learning activities. 3. Introduction, presentation and training of multimedia learning for science teachers at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara by experts from the FKIP service lecturer team for Physics Education, Mathematics Education and PBSI UISU 4. RESULT AND DISCUSSION  The activities carried out were at SMAN I Rantau Utara which was followed by school teachers. Activities in this training include providing workshops or training in making learning media during the pandemic. The expected results in this activity are: 1. Implementation of Community Service activities at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara, North Sumatra. 2. Increasing the ability of teachers in developing learning media 3. increasing the ability of teachers to develop teaching materials that can be integrated with technology 1. Focus Groud Discusion (FGD) The FGD activity aims to conduct initial discussions in studying and knowing school developments in learning for students at SMAN I Rantau Utara. The activity was attended by the Principal of SMAN I Rantau Utara, teachers, administrative staff, and parents. The action was opened by the head of the Community Service Team and brought by members of the community service team.            Figure 3.1 Making Media Activities 4. CONCLUSION  The Community Service activity with the title "Training for Making Online Learning Media During the Covid-19 Pandemic For Teachers at SMAN 1 Rantau Utara", has been carried out and is running successfully and smoothly and has received a positive response from the parties involved. Hopefully this activity can increase students' knowledge and interest in Physics Education, Mathematics Education, PBSI and be useful for the nation and improve the quality of Indonesian people..    5.
