Pengaruh Insentif Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kelas B Kabupaten Subang

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh pemberian Insentif terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang dilatar belakangi dari adanya fenomena yang terjadi pada Kualitas Pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kelas B Kabupaten Subang. Pemberian insentif memberikan guna mendorong produktivitas kerja yang lebih tinggi bagi pegawai sedangkan kualitas pelayanan merupakan suatu kondisi dinamis yang berhubungan dengan jasa, manusia, proses, dan lingkungan dimana penilaian kualitasnya ditentukan pada saat terjadinya pemberian pelayanan publik tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 2.661 orang, yang diambil sebagai sampel sebanyak 96 orang. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan hubungan Insentif terhadap Kualitas pelayanan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kelas B Kabupaten Subang menunjukkan hubungan yang rendah. insentif berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan walaupun hubungan antar keduanya dalam kategori rendah Kata Kunci: Insentif , Kualitas Pelayanan   Abstract This study aims to determine whether the provision of incentives has an effect on the quality of service which is based on the phenomenon that occurs in the quality of service in the Class B Regional General Hospital, Subang Regency. Researchers used a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods and inferential analysis. Population and sample in the study were 2,661 people, taken as a sample of 96 people. Meanwhile, the data collection tool used was a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that the relationship between incentives and service quality at the Regional General Hospital of Class B, Subang Regency, shows a low relationship, so it can be said that incentives have an effect on service quality even though the relationship between the two is in the "low" category.
