Modelo de madurez para la valoración de las mejores prácticas de las PyMES manufacturera

Abstract

In this work, a model was developed to measure the application of the best practices of a group of small manufacturing companies in the state of Hidalgo. The methodology was based on a research with a mixed approach, where the proposed design allowed to develop a diagnosis and assess 14 common practices in SMEs at 4 levels of maturity: vulnerable, stable, growth and continuous improvement.
