Abstract
Professional orientation towards pedagogical studies is a top priority to the Cuban educational system, which has a particular form in Vocational Senior High Schools of Pedagogical Sciences . It depends to a great ex tent on the professors’ qualifications in those institutions, to manage the process of professional orientation. These are reasons that make it necessary to make precisions to the contents to be considered to structure a training process that would assure the transformation of the professors’ performance, so as to fulfil that task efficiently
