Orientating the learning from attention to the diversity. A necessary approach

Abstract

The attention of diversity makes possible the active, conscious and autoregulate acquisition of professional contents in initial formation of professional of education. This approach is very important actually to understand and support the process of acquisition of knowledge of cognitive activity of students in pedagogical degree and make possible the development of strategies to learn to themselves and to professional exercise.  This work accomplish take into consideration the insufficiencies in orientation verificated in educational daily practice and in orientation  of learning so we offer some considerations about  this topic witch make possible various didactic strategies in direction of learning process witch focus of  attention of diversity.</p
