That company has its central seat in St. Gallen in Switzerland and a subsidiary in Liberec. The issue is being solved in subsidiary in the Czech Republic. The key issue of the work is an internal communication in the working area, among individual departments, the heads of the office and the company management and also relations in a workingplace. The main objective of the work is to put an apposite solving suggestions to the company that will result in improving internal communication and strengthening workplace relations. The actual author´s contributions are teambuilding proposals, that should improve internal communication and strengthen working relations. The company can choose from the suggested options at its own discretion and financial position. The theme as well as the company have been chosen on the basis of the research fellowship in a company in Switzerland.Diplomová práce nese název: Personální systém ve firmě DGS s.r.o. Tématem díla je personální systém ve zmiňované firmě, která má sídlo ve Švýcarsku v St. Gallenu a pobočku v Liberci. Problematika je řešena v pobočce v ČR. Hlavním řešeným problémem je interní komunikace na pracovišti, mezi jednotlivými odděleními, vedoucími oddělení a managementem podniku a dále vztahy na pracovišti. Práce si klade za cíl navrhnout firmě vhodná řešení ke zlepšení interní komunikace a posílení vztahů na pracovišti. Vlastní přínos autora jsou návrhy teambuldingů, které by měly interní komunikaci zlepšit a utužit pracovní vztahy. Firma si může vybrat z navrhovaných variant dle vlastního uvážení a finančních možností. Téma práce a firma byla zvolena na základě pracovní stáže ve firmě ve Švýcarsku
