Abstract

The advantages and disadvantages of intermodal transportation alternatives have been defined as a result of comparative analysis of the forwarding service options on delivery of containerized cargo. The alternative technologies of the forwarding service of cargo owners in intermodal delivering of containerized cargo has been formed out of many different types of transport combinations. The conceptual options of intermodal delivery of containerized cargo has been offered.
