AS INTERAÇÕES DE CONHECIMENTO NOS SISTEMAS DE INOVAÇÃO: UMA ANÁLISE BIBLIOMÉTRICA E AS FORMAS DE INTERAÇÃO IDENTIFICADAS

Abstract

Given the importance of knowledge for innovation, and the importance of the interaction between the components of an innovation system, this article aims to describe the studies and identify forms of knowledge interaction in innovation systems. To do so, a systematic search was conducted in four databases (Scopus, Engineering Village, Web of Science, and EBSCO). The search resulted in a portfolio composed of 150 records, which were submitted to a bibliometric analysis. Ninety two full articles were identified and read in order to identify concepts and forms of interactions. The publications were conducted over the last 18 years, with a greater concentration in recent years. No highlighted authors or journals were identified, and no specific journal issue was found. Although only one explicit definition of the term was found (several articles use it, but did not define it), several forms of interactions were discussed. This study shows the superficiality with which the theme is been treated, and points out the need of further theoretical and empirical studies to verify how knowledge interactions occur in the innovation systems, and their importance for the innovation process
