Tutelares da Ceilândia” visa analisar de que forma os Conselhos Tutelares da Ceilândia
interagem com as Instituições Religiosas. O objetivo geral da é identificar quais as interações
existentes entre as Instituições Religiosas e os Conselhos Tutelares.Trata-se de uma pesquisa
de caráter exploratório, a qual possui como método de análise de procedimento o
materialismo histórico dialético, sob uma abordagem qualitativa. A população-alvo da
pesquisa foi formada por um (1) conselheiro tutelar de cada uma das três (3) unidades da
Região Administrativa de Ceilândia. Com a análise, foi possível verificar que a presença das
Instituições Religiosas no espaço do Conselho Tutelar se dá devido à omissão do Estado junto
aos serviços ofertados nesse espaço. Ao passo que, a frágil capacitação dos conselheiros
tutelares favorece a aproximação dos movimentos religiosos nas ações do Conselho Tutelar.The conclusion of the course "Analysis of Religious Interactions in Ceilandia Tutelary
Councils" aims to analyze how the Ceilandia Tutelary Councils interact with Religious
Institutions. The general objective of this study is to identify the interactions between
Religious Institutions and Tutelary Councils. This is an exploratory research, which has as
method of procedure analysis dialectical historical materialism, under a qualitative approach.
The target population of the research was formed by one (1) guardian counselor of each of the
three (3) units of the Administrative Region of Ceilandia. With the analysis, it was possible to
verify that the presence of the Religious Institutions in the space of the Guardianship Council
is due to the omission of the State next to the services offered in this space. On the other hand,
the fragile training of guardianship counselors favors the approximation of religious
movements in the actions of the Guardianship Council
