Renata Stasiak-Betlejewska, PhD.focused research activities on researchexamination within the following topic:Value engineering in production and serviceprocesses in the scope of investment‘srealization of passive wooden housesbuilding. Research examination includeseconomical, social and technical issuesespecially:1. Identification and analysis of theproduction processes management inenterprises acting in the constructionindustry (enterprises which produceelements for passive (low – energy) woodenhouses and elements for houses basesbuilding).2. Identification and assessment ofservices designing processes connected withthe house projects and its arrangement inaccordance to clients needs, requirements,market and law standards.3. Assessment of public unitsconcerning information and documentationcollecting during investment process (officeof the building supervision, public city officegiving planning permissions of the house andothers institutions connected with realizationof house investment process).4. Assessment of bank servicesconnected with mortgage credit forrealization of the construction investmentprocess.5. Improvement proposal of main pointin investment process.6. Problems of standardization andcontrol in investment process.7. Integration of elements of investmentprocess with Value Engineeringmethodology applying.PUBLICATIONS:Ing.
