Complex research of rheological properties of blood at patients with lacunar tonsillitis lead depending on the period of disease. It is shown, that inflammatory process at patients to a great extent defines disturbances of rheological properties of blood. During normalization of a clinical presentation of disease there is no full recovery of rheological properties of blood due to preservation of blood raised viscosity and low deformability of erythrocytes membranes
