Requerimientos tecnológicos del transportador de laterita hacia el molino de bolas, de la Empresa Productora de Níquel Comandante Ernesto Guevara; Technological Requirements of the Conveyor Belt which Carries Laterite to the Balls Mill in Nickel Producer

Abstract

<p>Se describe el flujo productivo existente en la Empresa Productora del N&iacute;quel Comandante Ernesto Guevara,<br />hasta la etapa de la molienda seca, con &eacute;nfasis en los detalles t&eacute;cnicos de mayor relevancia en el proceso.<br />Se analiza la influencia de la cantidad de mineral en el sistema sobre el comportamiento energ&eacute;tico de la<br />molienda. Finalmente se determinan los requerimientos tecnol&oacute;gicos impuestos por el transportador de<br />laterita 215 - TR - 201 al accionamiento el&eacute;ctrico, en funci&oacute;n de las caracter&iacute;sticas y las necesidades del<br />proceso.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In the paper, the productive flow existing in the nickel producer enterprise Commandant Ernesto Guevara<br />was described until the stage of dry milling, with an emphasis on the technical details of greater relevancy in<br />the process. There was analyzed the influence of the amount of mineral in the system over the energy<br />consumption performance of the milling. Finally it were identified the technological requirements imposed by<br />the 215 - TR - 201 laterite carrier to the electric drive, according to the characteristics and needs of the<br />process.</p
