The follows reflections want to research the possible relation between the biography, activism and collective action. First, I check puntually the contributions from the collective action theory, then I revise the explanations about the reason people decide to mobilize, finally I propose the construction of the habiltus militante concept. After that, I work about two cases of women who had taken part in two big and noticeable puebladas that happened in the north of Patagonia province of Neuquén, Argentina, between 1996-97, well-known like puebladas cutralquenses. From their interviews, Iwould try to start a debate about the different derives of their biographical and political trajectories
