The present paper intends to draw a theoretical line between in-the-closet (homo) sexuality and translation, usingthe experiences in translation of those who worked for the twentieth-century Argentinean literary magazine calledSur: José Bianco, Enrique Pezzoni, Victoria Ocampo and H.A. Murena.
