Precipitation modeling using multiple regression in R

Abstract

In this document we apply multiple regression methods (linear and polynomial estimators) to obtain the best estimation of the seasonal mean precipitation in the Comunitat Valenciana (Spain), using the altitude and cartographic coordinates (XUTM and YUTM), as well as their product, as multivariate estimators or independent variables.
