[ES] Este Trabajo Final de Grado (TFG) tiene la finalidad de analizar los aspectos técnicos que comprenden las obras de rehabilitación de los elementos estructurales del complejo público de “L’Oceanográfic" de Valencia. Dentro de las actuaciones que se pretenden, se incluyen la reparación de los elementos sustentantes metálicos y de hormigón, las juntas de dilatación y una propuesta de solución para los asientos diferenciales que han sufrido algunos sectores del parque. Principalmente, el objetivo de este TFG se centrará en detectar, analizar y desarrollar las posibles causas y consecuencias de cada una de las deficiencias encontradas, proponiendo soluciones al efecto. Para ello en primer lugar se realizará un trabajo de campo en las instalaciones del complejo de "L'Oceanogràfic" con el fin de detectar la problemática de forma general. Una vez detectados los problemas, se procederá a detallar constructiva, económica y organizativamente las operaciones a realizar. No obstante, se tendrán en cuenta aspectos tan importantes como la seguridad y salud y gestión de residuos. Para ello, se redactarán los documentos acordes y necesarios con el fin de prevenir y gestionar correctamente la obra.[EN] In this Final Grade Work (FGW from now on) will be analyzed the technical aspects included in the execution of the rehabilitation of structural elements in the public complex "L'Oceanográfic", in Valencia. Among the actions taken in the execution of the rehabilitation, there are repairs of metal and concrete supporting elements, expansion joints and a proposed solution for the differential seats that have suffered some sectors of the park. Mainly, the objective of this FGW will be to detect, analyze and develop the possible causes and consequences of each of the deficiencies found, proposing solutions to that effect. To accomplish the works, first of all, it will be carried out a field work in the facilities of "L'Oceanogràfic" in order to detect the problem in general. Once the problems are detected, the operations to be carried out will be constructively, economically and organically detailed throughout the FGW. However important aspects such as safety and health and waste management will be taken into account.
