Abstract

[EN] The objective of this work degree final project has been the implementation of a robotic welding cell that carried several inactive years and had several breakdowns and errors. For this, the robot will be installed in its new workplace, proceed to search and repair various failures, communication with the soldering iron establish, calibrate the robotic cell, the basic routines were scheduled, we'll set welding programs, study product profitability and will form the operator in the use and handling of the robot.[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo de fin de grado ha sido la implantación de una célula robotizada de soldadura que llevaba varios años inactiva y presentaba varias averías y errores. Para ello se instalará el robot en su nuevo lugar de trabajo, se procederá a la búsqueda y reparación de diversas averías, se establecerá la comunicación con el soldador, calibraremos la célula robotizada, se programaran las rutinas básicas, configuraremos los programas de soldadura, estudiaremos la rentabilidad del producto y formaremos al operario en el uso y manejo del robot.Añó Fuertes, G.
