The way in which this policy was implemented generated important conflicts among users, severely damaged riverine ecosystems and, paradoxically, created new water demands, perpetuating an outdated model of management.Sanchis Ibor, C.; García Molla, M.; Avella Reus, LF.; Carles Genoves, J.
