Guía de un protocolo de actuación para la realización de prácticas en el sector de la hostelería

Abstract

En el presente TFG (Trabajo Fin de Grado) se procederá a detallar cada una de las funciones que el alumno tendrá en los diferentes departamentos por los cuales pase al realizar sus prácticas en un hotel y se mostraran a su vez aquellas pautas de actuación recomendadas que el estudiante deberá tener en cuenta al realizar sus tareas. Se considera que con dicho trabajo los empleados encargados de ayudar y enseñar al estudiante tendrán un trabajo más sencillo y en el cual deberán invertir menos tiempo ya que la base del alumno será aún más amplia, es decir con la guía de actuación la intención es ayudar a las dos partes del contrato: al alumno y al hotelero. Por ello con dicho TFG se pretende el diseño de una guía para el alumno en el cual se reflejen cada una de las posibles áreas de trabajo dentro del hotel donde se desarrollaran sus prácticas y cuáles serán cada una de las posibles funcionesIn this final project I will proceed to detail each of the functions that the student will have in each of the departments assigned to carry out the practices in a hotel and were shown to turn those patterns of action recommended that the student should consider when performing their tasks. It is considered that such work employees charged with assisting and teaching the student will have easier work and which should spend less time since the basis of the student will be even wider, the principal intention of the guide it´s to help the two parties to the contract: the student and the hotelier.
