Mestrado em Comunicação MultimédiaO presente trabalho propõe compreender como dispositivos tecnológicos participam na troca de conhecimento entre avós e netos. Da reunião de avós, a partir de 60 anos, e seus netos, com idade entre 10 e 18 anos, pode-se compreender como os dispositivos interferem, se o fazem, na troca de conhecimento intergeracional. Através da aplicação de uma atividade gamificada, jogo de investigação de pistas presencial, e entrevistas semiestruturadas individuais, foi possível observar a troca de conhecimento em ambiente formal e informal e as percepções do relacionamento no dia a dia dos arguidos. Após tratamento de dados e análise dos resultados dos obtidos observou-se a presença dos dispositvios tecnológicos como tópico para conversação e, mais ainda, como artefato central da troca de conhecimento entre as gerações. Toda a informação e dados aqui apresentados são estruturados a fim de apresentar ao leitor uma perspectiva ajustada da realidade estudada.The present work proposes to understand how technological devices participate in the exchange of knowledge between grandparents and grandchildren. From the reunion of
grandparents, aged 60 and over and their grandchildren, aged between 10 and 18 years, the investigation could understand how the devices interfere, if they do, in the exchange of
intergenerational knowledge. Through the application of a game activity, with the proposal to unveal clues in person, and individual semi-structured interviews, it was possible to observe the exchange of knowledge in a formal and informal environment and the perceptions of the day-to-day relationship of the interviewed. After treatment and analysis of data and results obtained, it was observed the presence of the technological devices as a topic for conversation and as a central artifact of the exchange of knowledge between the generations.
