Abstract

We propose you a reflection about the motivational effect of the teacher’s figure in a class and we try to extract keys to increase the probability of generating a motivational environment of learning. Firstly, we will analyze the teacher’s performance. For this, we will take as starting point the four types of the teacher’s performance prototypes proposed by McLean (2002) and according to the four moments of teaching (see Alonso Tapia, 1997; 2005; Huertas, 1997), we will show prototypical examples of how each type of environment class demonstrate itself.
