An Analysis of the Educational Perspective of Hidayet Karakuş in His Works Within the Framework of Child Literature

Abstract

The negativities in our children's cognitive, emotional and mental development, or their failure to attain the essential values ​​they need to earn, will bring our existence to the point of ending our existence. This will leave the society to the management of other societies in administrative or psychological terms. The care we give to the child, the importance we give; it will open the way for children to be healthy individuals and will enable them to play important roles in the society they are in. Educational messages are very important for children to be healthy individuals. In this study, works written for children by Hidayet Karakuş were examined and 1041 educational messages were found in the works. Educational messages supporting 68% of personal development, 13% of other educational messages, 9% of educational messages supporting social development, 5.7% of educational messages supporting religious development, 2% of educational messages supporting national development 2% made educational messages to support the development of universal thinking, 1% made educational messages supporting moral development, and 0,003% made educational messages supporting economic development. It has also been seen that educational books are implicit in books that Karakuş wrote for children
