Le présent papier entend mettre en évidence l’utilité de la technique du tableau de bord de gestion pour le management de l’enceinte universitaire publique marocaine, et ce suivant quatre axes : 1. Pour la bonne gouvernance et ses cinq principaux piliers, en l’occurrence : l’Intégrité, la Transparence, la Responsabilisation, l’Intégrabilité et la Responsabilité Sociale. 2. Pour l’allègement des effets pervers de la relation d’agence entre le principal et l’agent, notamment en l’ère de contractualisation Etat-Université. 3. Pour le sujet de la mise en confiance à l’égard de cette structure. 4. enfin, pour la reconnaissance et le développement du capital humain universitaire. A ce titre, pour aboutir à cette fin, nous adoptons un raisonnement exploratoire et une démarche qualitative revêtant un caractère non expérimental.This paper aims to highlight the utility of the technique of management dashboard for the management of the Moroccan public university, and that according to four areas: 1. for the good governance and its five main pillars, namely Integrity, Transparency, Accountability, Integrability and Social Responsibility. 2. for the alleviating of the agency relationship between the principal and the agent, especially in the era of State-University contractualization. 3. for the putting in confidence/trust towards that organization. 4. in fine, for the recognition and development of the university human capital. For this reason, to achieve this goal, we adopt an exploratory reasoning and a non-experimental qualitative approach
