Analytical and experimental study of electrical conductivity in the lithium tantalate nonstoichiometric structure

Abstract

We have been interested to experimental and analytical studies of ionic conductivity of nonstoichiometric LiTaO3 solid solutions. Theoretical approach combined with lithium and tantalate vacancy models has been performed.
