223  REPERE BIOETICE ÎN AVORTUL JUVENIL Ana Munteanu (Conducător științific: Vitalie Ojovanu, dr. hab. filos., conf. univ., Catedra de filosofie și bioetică)  Introducere. Problema etică a avortului juvenil este extrem complexă și invocă o analiză minuțioasă atît a factorilor favorizanți, ct și a reperelor morale implicate. Scopul lucrării. Analiza implicațiilor bioetice în cazurile de avort juvenil. Material și metode. Au fost consultate publicații monografice, ştiinţifice, statistico-sociologice şi etico-bioetice din ţară şi de peste hotare. În acest studiu s-a aplicat metoda analitică, structuralistă, bioetică. Rezultate. Pentru diminuarea numărului avorturilor juvenile se impune studierea posibilităților de aplicare activă a reperelor bioetice în cadrul sistemului medical. În societatea contemporană, pe lîngă o pregătire profesională impecabilă, medicul trebuie să posede şi abilități de aplicare a principiilor de bioetică clinică. Concluzii. (1) Implicarea activă a reperele bioetice facilitează asistența medicală și socială faţă de contingentul juvenil privitor la evitarea cazurilor de avort. (2) Colaborare strînsă dintre medic, părinte și copil, în baza principiilor etice, favorizează scăderea incidenței avortului juvenil. Cuvinte cheie: bioetică, avortul juvenil, act medical. The ethical issue of juvenile abortion is extremely complex and calls for a thorough analysis of both the favouring factors and the moral factors involved. Objective of the study. The analysis of bioethical implications in cases of juvenile abortion. Material and methods. Monographic, scientific, statistical-sociological and ethno-bioethical publications from the country and from abroad have been consulted. In this study the analytical, structuralist, bioethical method was applied. Results. In order to reduce the number of juvenile abortions it is necessary to study the possibilities of active application of bioethics in the medical system. In contemporary society, in addition to impeccable professional training, the doctor must also have the skills to apply the principles of clinical bioethics. Conclusions. (1) The active involvement of bioethical standards facilitates health and social care against the juvenile contingent on avoiding abortions. (2) Close collaboration between the doctor, the parent and the child, based on ethical principles, helps to reduce the incidences of juvenile abortion.
