Abstract

S ERUM triglyceride concentration is increased in subjects with coronary artery disease, cerebral vascular disease and diabetes, as well as in men with positive family histories of these diseases. ’ Thus the etiology of hyper-glyceridemia may have considerable bearing on the prevention and treatment of these illnesses.
