The paper presents the research results on the impact of
ASEAN University Network (AUN) - QA program assessment
from lectures’ perspectives. There were 57 lecturers of three
undergraduate programs from three Vietnamese higher education
institutions participating in the study by answering a
questionnaire. The survey results show that a majority of lecturers
had a positive attitude toward the assessment process. Also, they
observed positive changes related to the evaluated programs
including development and design of the programs, teaching and
learning methods (fewer lectures and more interactive courses,
projects, and practices), and assessment methods. However, the
research also shows that there are disparities in assessing the
impact of lecturers across the three universities
