Antipa, Adriana Niguleanu, Olga CalendaInstitute Phthisiopneumology “Chiril Draganiuc”, ChisinauSummaryIn order to fortify the intensive phase of anti-TB treatment, the medication in the patients with tuber-culosis pleurisy (basic group) was modifi ed by the application of a complex of limphological methods. The patients from the reference group took the traditi-onal treatment. The modifi cation of treatment allowed the diminishing and elimination of the intoxication in a shorter time, and also, the liquidation of pleurisy without visible adhesions was more frequent in the basic group vs reference group (by 30% ).Purpose. Optimizing of the tuberculosis pleurisy medication by using the combined limphological me-thods and traditional treatment.Material and methods. 30 patients from the basic group were examined and 15 ones - from the reference group. The standard investigation was com-pleted with determination of amino acids in the bio-logical liquids and leukocyte indicator of intoxication Ostrovsky. In the basic group DOTS schemes have been modifi ed with retrosternal instillation of anti-TB drug and corticoid and then - with the chemical regu-lation of the global lymphatic drain. Patients from the reference group were treated traditionally.Results. The frequency of normalization values of indicators of intoxication Ostrovsky after using medi-cation in basic group and the liquidation of pleurisy without visible adhesions was higher by 30% than in the reference group, in spite of the fact that the middle duration of the intensive phase of the treatment in the basic group was 59, 8±2, 2 days/bed, and in the refe-rence group – 74, 8±3, 1 days/bed (p<0.1).Conclusions. Developed technologies using in basic group permitted in a shorter time, to normalize leukocyte indicator of intoxication Ostrovsky and to liquidate the pleurisy without leading visible adhe-sions more frequently compared to traditional treat-ment.ИММУНОКОРРЕГИРУЮЩЕЕ ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЕ РЕГИОНАЛЬНОЙ ЛИМФОТРОПНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ С ДАЛЬНЕЙШИМ УЛЬТРАЗВУКОВЫМ ОЗВУЧИВАНИЕМ ПОДМЫШЕЧНОЙ ОБЛАСТИ НА ДЕСТРУКТИВНЫЙ ТУБЕРКУЛЕЗ ЛЕГКИХ_______________________________________С. Переход к рыночной эко-номике и страховой медицине, экологический кризис поставили большинство населения в экс-тремальные условия существования. Ухудшаю-щаяся экзо- и эндоэкологическая ситуация при-водит к изменению резистентности организма, закономерно отражающемуся на возникновении, течениe и исходе туберкулеза. В таких условиях успешное решение наиболее актуальных заданий фтизиатрии возможно лишь в том случае, если при их рассмотрении учитываются важнейшие достижения иммунологии.Цель исследования. Изучить изменения по-казателей иммунной системы под воздействием региональной лимфотропной терапии с дальней-шим  ультразвуковым озвучиванием подмышеч-ной области по сравнению с аналогичными пока-зателями у больных, получавшими только тради-ционную противотуберкулезную терапию.Материал и методы. Нами обследованы 108 больных деструктивными формами туберкулеза легких. Диагноз заболевания был верифицирован на основании клинической картины, результатов лабораторного и рентгенологического обследова-ния больных, бактериоскопического и бактерио-логического исследования мокроты. Все больные были разделены на 2 группы: 1 (основная) - 88 больных, в комплексном лечении которых исполь-зовалась региональная лимфотропная терапия с дальнейшим ультразвуковым действием на под-мышечную область; 2 (контрольная) - 20 больных, получавших стандартный комплекс противоту-беркулезных препаратов.Лимфотропная терапия осуществлялась вве-
