In this article, the author briefly presents some theoretical issues about the right to access information about land such as the concept and meaning of the right to access information about land, responsibilities of state agencies in publicize land information, forms of access to land information. The main content of the article, the author briefly presents the results achieved in the implementation of the law on ensuring the right to access to information about land in Hue city, Thua Thien Hue province. Thereby the author analyzes to point out the limitations and obstacles that still exist in the implementation of the law to ensure the right to access information about land. From the practice of the research area with its own characteristics, the author proposes a number of solutions to contribute to perfecting the law and practice of ensuring the right to access information about land in the country in general, in the city. Hue city, Thua Thien Hue province in particular.Trong bài viết này tác giả trình bày khái lược một số vấn đề lý luận về quyền tiếp cận thông tin về đất đai như khái niệm, ý nghĩa của quyền tiếp cận thông tin về đất đai, trách nhiệm của cơ quan nhà nước trong việc công khai thông tin đất đai, các hình thức tiếp cận thông tin đất đai. Nội dung chính của bài viết tác giả trình bày khái lược các kết quả đạt được trong việc thực hiện pháp luật về bảo đảm quyền tiếp cận thông tin về đất đai tại thành phố Huế, tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế. Qua đó tác giả phân tích để chỉ ra các hạn chế, vướng mắc còn tồn tại trong việc thực hiện pháp luật bảo đảm quyền tiếp cận thông tin về đất đai. Từ thực tiễn địa bàn nghiên cứu với những đặc thù riêng tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp góp phần hoàn thiện pháp luật và thực tiễn thực hiện việc bảo đảm quyền tiếp cận thông tin về đất đai trong cả nước nói chung, tại thành phố Huế, tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế nói riêng
