KESIAPAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM MENGIMPLEMENTASIKAN PERMENDAGRI NO. 120 TAHUN 2017 TENTANG PEMBENTUKAN UPT DINAS DUKCAPIL KABUPATEN/KOTA

Abstract

Abstract In order to improve service acceleration in Population and Civil Registration Administration in the regencies and cities, there is a need for a service and structuring strategy in various aspects, including institutional, management and procedures structuring that are expected to facilitate national orderly Population Administration through effective service, efficient, professional and accountable and easy to reach quickly so that the benefits can be felt directly by the community. Based on this, in order to bring services to the Population and Civil Registration Administration to the community, the government has set the regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 120 of 2017 concerning the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the City Population and Civil Registration Service. With the existence of the regulation, it is expected that the regency / city government immediately establish the UPT in realizing orderly population administration. To achieve this needs to be supported by various sources in facilitating the implementation of activities, namely, professional personnel, adequate equipment, adequate budget and procedures that are easy and fast as well as easy to access in areas close to the people in need.
